We can help you, our service includes an optional needs assessment meeting. Through the meeting
we will ascertain your organization needs and create service project(s).

Can I select the Change Agent for my organization's service project?
As the hosting non-profit you have the final say in the selection process. We encourage you to invite a
volunteer who is familiar with your mission to sign up.
What should the scope of my organization's service project be?
The scope of your service project can be as small or big as you wish. Typically are service projects
are less than 50 hours. We will contact you to help you structure your service projects.
Do I need to manage the Change Agent?
Yes, change agents are similar to contractors and need to be managed to ensure that your
organization and the change agent is getting the most out of the relationship.
How do I reward their service?
SponsorChange.org takes care of the administration for you, we don't want to add this to your plate.
Your Change Agent will provide us with their student loan account information and we will take care of
processing their reward.
Can our organization sponsor their service as well?
Yes, many organizations will also sponsor a portion or all of the service reward. Many times non-profits
are in great position to fundraise for their projects, and we encourage this.
