Who we are.

An advocate, entrepreneur and policy wonk. His personal mission is to
create economic justice by removing the obstacles that stand between
potential and opportunity for action. Before SponsorChange.org, Raymar
cut his teeth in the public sector as a Coro Fellow in Public Affairs. As a
fellow he conducted hundreds of interviews with community leaders and
completing several cross-sector consulting projects. Before this, he was a
Wealth Manager in the Global Private Client Group at Merill Lynch. His
background has shaped his belief in the power of forging public-private
partnerships.

Raymar holds a bachelors degree in Business Management from
Wittenberg University and will complete a masters degree in Public Policy
and Management from Carnegie Mellon University in 2011.

His motivation comes from thousands of stories he receives from college
graduates and non-profits struggling to reach their potential-all counting on
SponsorChange.org as a solution.

A professor, mathematician, and research junkie. He is a firm believer that
it will take many different approaches solve the most challenging problems
of our day. Before SponsorChange.org, Robert obtained a Ph.D. in
Operations Research and Financial Engineering at Princeton University.
Most recently his research in peer-to-peer lending has lead to consulting
for Proser.com, DonorsChoose.org, the City of San Francisco, the City of
Pittsburgh, and Vélib bike sharing in Paris.

He currently holds several patents in the area of stochastic processing and
call center applications.

In addition he is an associate professor at Heinz College at Carnegie
Mellon University, where he has gained a reputation for using his own
graphic novels to break down a complex management science curriculum.

He is using his passion in peer-to-peer lending, to inform the functional and
logistics of SponsorChange.org's platform.
